You can relax in the evening in our well stocked comfortable bar and sun lounge overlooking the Promenade and Irish Sea These premises are fully covered by CCTV, so you can relax with peace of mind Booking Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO MAKING A RESERVATION Please note that one night only bookings on Fridays or Saturdays are accepted soley on the discretion of the Hotel Management, always telephone prior to making a booking of this nature. All cancellations will be chargeable to the card used to make the origional booking, deposits are non refundable, all cancellations outside of 60 day period will be subject to a 12.50 GBP administration charge. In the event of a cancellation, the room in question will be re-advertised, if the room is sold then there will be no charges made, if the room is not sold then the above will be applicable, less the cost of food and servive. Lost key charge....10.00 GBP.Any damage caused accidentally or intenionally to the bedrooms or the premises in its entirety, must be reported to the Management immeadiatly. Any over extra, cleaning/maintenance charges resulting from un-reported damage, will be fully debited from the credit/debit card used to secure the origional reservation. Both the Person responsible for the reservation and the Booking Agent will be notified by Email of the charges incurred.
